Her interest in the specialist osteopathic care of new mothers, babies and children was inspired during clinical training at ESO and deepened when she later became a mother herself.

Since becoming a qualified osteopath, Esther has pursued her interest in family centred care regularly attending post graduate courses in cranial osteopathy and in paediatric and obstetric osteopathy.  She has focussed on developing these aspects of her work through clinical practice and mentorship and has been fortunate to work in a number of well established clinics, including some well reputed for their work in these specialist fields.

Since June 2010 Esther has been working in Bath, where as a team of 2 she runs a dedicated baby and children’s clinic. She has been working as an Independent Osteopath in Bristol since 2009.

Qualifications & Experience

BSc (Hons) Ost, DO Osteopathy
Registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association

"Having never visited an osteopath before, I wasn't sure what to expect when my chiropractor referred me to Esther at 21 weeks into my second pregnancy. With a history of lower back pain, I was seeking help with stabilising and strengthening my pelvic muscles. I had such instant and sustained results from my first treatment with Esther that I saw her regularly throughout my pregnancy, and took my newborn daughter to see her when she was only a few weeks old. I feel that osteopathy is the perfect treatment during pregnancy, because it is so gentle, and the results are so long-lasting. Esther approaches her work with such respect that you know you're in good hands with her."  Michelle, Mother of 2
