Mum & Baby - Pilates
Our Post Natal Pilates Course is specifically designed for Post Natal Mums. Pilates provides a safe and restorative way to re-educate your body and reconnect with weakened muscles. As well as gently engaging with your ‘Centre’, gentle stretching and release work for the back and shoulders will relieve tension and help to protect you against back pain as the weight of your baby grows.
Holistic in approach, Pilates will rejuvenate both your mind and body, help to combat fatigue and improve your general sense of wellbeing at this challenging time.
The classes are limited to 8 mums and their babies to allow lots of individual guidance. No previous experience of Pilates is necessary, all exercises are safely adapted to fit you and how you are feeling (in both body and mind) each week.

Friday 10.30am - 11.30pm

A payment of £45 will reserve your space for the whole of the 5 week term
