Mum & Baby Group
This follows immediately after the mum and baby yoga for about 30 minutes
The months following the arrival of your baby can be a time of intense highs and lows as you get to know yourself as a Mother, as well as getting to know the new person you created in your family. This session is an opportunity to come together with other women to share in navigating the ups and downs of parenting. This group can support you in enjoying this powerful time of change and growth.
Birth stories will be shared and reflected upon, you will be emotionally supported and nourished which will help towards building your resilience, developing your mental health, relationships and family dynamics. The price of the mum and baby yoga includes tea and a healthy snack for you
